See This CrownSelected for the 2026–2027 cohort of the Little Africa Art Residency at The African Museum, Arts & Cultural Center (AMACC), in partnership with African Economic Development Solutions (AEDS). During the residency I partner with local African-descent business owners to tell their stories through photography.
Seen is a series of portraits of Minnesota mothers, each photographed at the hour that defines her motherhood right now.
See the series →I showed Threads of Us in More Than Lit, a juried group exhibition and art auction by Read With Me Minnesota, a literacy nonprofit, at The Hennepin, 900 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis. Artists were chosen through an open call and a board interview.

See the series →I showed Threads of Us as a work in progress at Public Functionary, 1500 Jackson St NE, Minneapolis. I was one of fourteen Minnesota photographers sharing work in progress and talking about our process. The evening was funded in part by the City of Minneapolis Arts & Cultural Affairs Department, through the Cultural Districts Arts Fund.
